Description.  Show Restricted Accounts and Contacts

Property Determination. Set this parameter to Y to allow non-owners to see account and contact last names and first names listed, along with the notation [RESTRICTED], on the Account Search screen (ACC_FIND) and Contact Search screen (CON_FIND).  The default setting for the Show Restricted Accounts parameter is N, in which case accounts/contacts not owned by the logged in user are not listed in the Account screen and Contact screen search results grids.
