Description.  Send revenue history and average rates with lead history.

Property Determination. If the parameter SEND REVENUE HISTORY = Y, past bookings revenue will be sent with other historic information with the data lead. If the parameter is set N history booking information will still be sent with regards to dates, locations and room nights, but no revenue information will be transmitted.
