Description. This parameter is hidden in the interface. This is a Global setting and the default is N. When activated (Y), this setting forces the Account Dashboard, Potential Main, Potential Actuals/FIT Actuals, Campaign Statistics screens, and several reports to calculate statistics taken from the RESERVATION_STAT_DAILY table instead of from the STAY_RECORDS table for all properties in SFA. When N, the statistics will be taken from the STAY_RECORDS table instead of the RESERVATION_STAT_DAILY table for all properties in SFA.

• In PMS or S&C, the appropriate screens and reports are always calculated from the RESERVATION_STAT_DAILY table, and are not dependent on this setting.

  Note: This parameter should never be set to use RESERVATION_STAT_DAILY in a central system when legacy system statistics are expected to feed information into the central system, as legacy system statistics can only be communicated by using STAY_RECORDS. Rounding differences can appear on screens between central and the property when different base currencies are used, even when both are calculating statistics from reservation_stat_daily.
