Description. This parameter causes Authorized Users created 'on the fly' to be deleted during the night audit if their reservation has been checked out.

Internal Name. EXPIRE_AUTH_USER

Property Determination. With the activation of this parameter, once this reservation checks out and assuming there are no other pending friends and family reservations for this guest & unit, the guest will be deleted from authorized users of the contract during the night audit.

When a guest is added as an authorized user on the fly, they will also be deleted from the contract in the following situations:

-Room Move

-Reservation is deleted

-Reservation is a No Show or Cancelled (deleted from the contract during the night audit after the departure was scheduled.)
