Description. When creating a rental reservation for an owner room/unit, prompt to add this user to the authorized users list on contract.

Internal Name. ADD_AUTH_USER

Property Determination. When the Ownership > Add Auth User On The Fly application parameter is set to Y, an Authorized user can be added to the contract by simply selecting the Auth. User check box on a reservation for a Rental Unit. This Auth User check box can be screen painted on the Reservation screen. If the Owner Unit is not part of a Rental agreement, then when the unit is attached to a Reservation for a guest that is not an Authorized User, the message "Would you like to add <Last Name>, <First Name> as an Auth. User for the fractional unit <room number>?" is displayed to confirm the guest as an authorized user or not.
